Space Travel Mission complete – congrats to our team for 2nd place in the SpOC GECCo Competition!
Traveling through space and settling on distant planets – a dream adventure for our scientists. Created by ESA for the GECCO 2022 Space Optimisation Competition (SpOC), the space scenario with its three missions compelled a team of our HRI-EU colleagues into action. With their insights in optimization algorithms and data analytics, they completed all three missions, gaining the overall 2nd place.
