Mentoring Hessen Mentees visit HRI-EU

After more than one year, today we were able to welcome our first visitors again – two Mentees of the Mentoring Hessen Program.
Taking precautionary measures, they were invited to visited their Mentors, Martina and Patricia, at our institute to get a glimpse into a career as a scientist.

The Mentoring Hessen Network offers programs for female students, PhD students and Post-docs of STEM studies. Besides trainings and networking for both mentees and mentors, tailored mentoring is the focus. For a year, Martina and Patricia supported their two PhD students, sharing their personal experiences and encouraged them on their way into the scientific STEM community.

We are proud of our female scientist and their dedication to the scientific community!
