IEEE-CIS technical challenge winner board announced! Congrats to our colleagues Steffen Limmer for 2nd place, Nils Einecke and Sven Rebhan for 5th place.
As data science in the field of energy management is one of HRI-EU’s research topics, the supplied data set of the Technical Challenge on Energy Prediction from Smart Meter Data by IEEE-CIS and E.ON UK became a test case for our AI research approaches. It soon sparked new ideas, discussions, a healthy dose of collegial competition and fun.
